FryFactory fryers have been officially tested by CBF Laboratori, in accordance with European regulations on machinery safety (Directive 2006/42/CE – Legislative Decree 17/2010).
The results show that:
- The fumes emitted are safe and not harmful to the operator or the environment;
- The emission of odors is barely perceptible;
- It can be used without a flue, in environments with adequate extraction or an activated carbon hood;
- The cooking system does not stress the oil, maintaining the quality of the product over time.
