Thanks to its advanced frying system, it significantly reduces steam and fumes, creating a more comfortable environment. The stainless steel structure is durable and easy to clean, and its compact size (40x53x100cm) makes it suitable for even small spaces. The activated carbon filter absorbs up to 120m3/h for effective air purification, combining functionality and design for healthier and more efficient cooking.

Odor certification

FryFactory fryers have been officially tested by CBF Laboratori, in accordance with European regulations on machinery safety (Directive 2006/42/CE – Legislative Decree 17/2010).

The results show that:

  • The fumes emitted are safe and not harmful to the operator or the environment;
  • The emission of odors is barely perceptible;
  • It can be used without a flue, in environments with adequate extraction or an activated carbon hood;
  • The cooking system does not stress the oil, maintaining the quality of the product over time.
