A new Italian company that promotes local tradition and brings cutting-edge craftsmanship to professional kitchens around the world.

We were founded in 2025 in a small town in the province of Terni, an area rich in manufacturing and steelmaking traditions.

This is where the idea of combining craftsmanship, innovation, and Italian quality to revolutionize professional frying was born. We produce with a semi-artisanal approach, using 100% Made in Italy steel and components and collaborating with local suppliers.

This allows us to maintain direct control over quality and enhance the local area.

Despite our young age, we have already participated in important fairs such as Sigep, Levante Prof and HOST, bringing our “no compromise” fryer to the national and international level.
